1. Catalog, not a store checkout
Gutsgifts is a digital catalog. Listing a game, key, or account does not guarantee stock. A sale exists only after we confirm availability in WhatsApp and payment is completed.
2. Orders
You submit an order by sending the pre-filled WhatsApp message from this site. You may choose Stripe as the payment method in that message. We may accept or decline any order, including when an item is unavailable.
3. Stripe payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, not by this page. We never collect card numbers on this catalog. If a Stripe Payment Link is provided, you pay on Stripe’s hosted page. Delivery is released after we match the Stripe payment to your WhatsApp order.
4. Digital delivery
Items are delivered digitally after WhatsApp confirmation and cleared payment — keys, codes, or account-access instructions sent in chat. Delivery times depend on confirmation, not on this website.
5. No affiliation
Gutsgifts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Sony, PlayStation, Microsoft, Netflix, Spotify, Adobe, Electronic Arts, Take-Two, CapCut, Proton, xAI, or other rights holders named in the catalog. Product names describe the item you are requesting. Cover art is original and does not reproduce official marks.
6. Refunds
Digital items that have been delivered cannot be returned. If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, we refund the amount paid for that item through the original method (including Stripe). Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order. You are responsible for using keys and accounts in line with each platform’s rules.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this catalog for fraud, stolen payment methods, or resale that violates a platform’s terms. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect abuse.
9. Liability
The catalog is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for platform bans, downtime, or losses beyond the amount you paid for the unfulfilled item.
10. Changes
